You can easily join by completing the online application below and sending your dues of $100.00, if you are a medical practice manager/health care administrator.

You may submit payment separately via check to Arkansas Medical Group Management Association, P. O. Box 10689, Conway, AR 72034 - or fax to 501-932-0366 to pay by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.

When submitting a credit card payment, please include the name on the card, the card's billing address (including zip), and the three digit security code on the back of the card.
